This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or in our supply chains.

Fresh Food Company is a leading provider of Fresh produce to Hotels and Restaurants throughout Scotland.

Our supply chain primarily involves the procurement of Fresh Produce, Dairy and Dry Goods.
Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taken place anywhere in our supply chains. This is reinforced by our Corporate Social Responsibilities strategy and principles.

We endeavour to;
Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chain.
Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chain.
Protect whistle blowers.
